Are your products and services nationwide?


Yes! All MiCampusTutors services and products are offered nationwide across South Africa.




How are tutors selected?


MiCampusTutors have a thorough and in-depth application process. We look at police clearance certificates, academic history, experience and personal interviews when vetting tutors before they are allowed on the platform.




Where does tutoring take place?


Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, all tutoring lessons are conducted online via your prefered video conferencing app, such as ZOOM, Skype and Microsoft Teams. Under normal circumstances, in-person lessons are conducted at a mutually agreed upon location between the tutor and student. Common locations are in-home, study rooms and libraries.




Do I get to select my own tutor?


Of course! You get to search all our tutors and view their profiles. When you find somone you're happy with, simply select them and our smart-system will do the rest for you.




Do I have to use all my hours at once?


No. You are free to spread your hours over multiple lessons.




How do I schedule lessons?


Lessons schedules are mutually agreed upon between you and your tutor. Feel free to arrange your times, locations and agenda for each lesson.




How do I contact my tutor?


Once payment for a booking is made, you will instantly receive instructions on how to contact your tutor. In most cases, your tutor will contact you within the day and guide you through the process and answer any questions you have before moving on to having lessons.




What if I want a refund?


We comply with all Consumer Protection Acts and you are more than welcome to request a refund in accordance with our refund policy. You may find the refund policy in our terms and conditions.




What if I am unhappy with my tutor?


We offer our First Hour Guarantee. Should you be unhappy with your first hour with your selected tutor, you are welcome to request a full refund for your booking. Terms and conditions apply.
