How are tutors selected?
MiCampusTutors have a thorough and in-depth application process.
Where does tutoring take place?
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, all tutoring lessons are conducted online via your prefered video conferencing app, such as ZOOM, Skype and Microsoft Teams.
Do I get to select my own tutor?
Do I have to use all my hours at once?
No. You are free to spread your hours over multiple lessons.
How do I schedule lessons?
Lessons schedules are mutually agreed upon between you and your tutor. Feel free to arrange your times, locations and agenda for each lesson.
How do I contact my tutor?
Once payment for a booking is made, you will instantly receive instructions on how to contact your tutor. In most cases, your tutor will contact you within the day and guide you through the process and answer any questions you have before moving on to having lessons.
What if I want a refund?
We comply with all Consumer Protection Acts and you are more than welcome to request a refund in accordance with our refund policy. You may find the refund policy in our terms and conditions.
