Payment Policy - Private Tuition

Payment is due in total for packages of more than 1 hour prior to commencement of the selected package unless an alternative payment schedule is agreed upon between the customer and MiCampusTutors PTY Ltd.. i.e. Payment is due in total before the customer can begin his/her tutor sessions for packages of more than 1 hour unless other payment arrangements are agreed upon.

Payment is due directly after a tutoring session if the customer has selected an 'hourly' package.

Cancellation Policy - Workshops

Cancel your booking 72 hours before the date of the workshop in question and you will receive a 100% refund.

Cancel your booking 48 hours before the date of the workshop in question and you will receive a 50% refund.

Thereafter, no refunds will be made upon cancellation.

In the case of extraordinary reasons for cancellation (such as illness, accidents or emergencies) our refund policy may be waived and full refunds may be provided, given that reasonable proof of the reason is provided.

Cancellation Policy - Private Tuition

Private tuition cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is calculated on the total package amount.

Refund Policy

A refund must be requested within 24 hours of the attended workshop.

A refund may be issued to a requesting student due to dissatisfaction in the attended workshop if and only if there is a consensus in dissatisfaction amongst more than 30% of workshop attendees of the workshop in question.
